Redford House Walk

7 March 2025

Trip Report

by Ann Mawer

On Friday morning, 7 March 2025, 45 members and guests arrived at Redford House. The Formalities were taken care of swiftly and we were ready to start.  We split into four groups and allocated leaders and routes. We set off at about 8am, in perfect walking weather.

After the walk, we moved to the house, where our hostess, Colleen Noble, served refreshments and delicious croissants.  It was a very generous spread and enjoyed by all.

Special sightings were White-backed ducks.  Sightings, we have 58 species recorded.

The group had a good time socialising, and comparing experiences of the walk.
